Legal & General’s CSR Committee is a committee of the Board of Directors and is chaired by Tim Breedon, Group Chief Executive. The CSR Committee is supported by the Environment Committee, Charity Committee, Health & Safety Committee and the Business Ethics Working Group. In 2008 we introduced CSR criteria as part of the calculation of the Group Chief Executive’s remuneration for 2009 and beyond.
