We have reaffirmed our commitment to sustainability and our reputation as a sustainable property investor and developer is continuing to grow. Though the seeds of these key elements of our strategy were sown several years ago, we have implemented a step change in our sustainable thinking through a number of important initiatives. Notable examples include our investment in the first qualification dedicated to improving standards of sustainability in real estate investment, our membership of the first Better Buildings/Green 500 partnership and our work in partnering with Upstream to devise leading-edge green strategies.
Going forward, we are absolutely committed to showing property-industry leadership around the sustainability agenda in everything that we do.
