For the year ended 31 December 2009, the Board believes that the Company complied with the principles and provisions of the Combined Code to the extent they apply to the Company. A copy of the Code can be obtained from the Company Secretary at the registered office of the Company and is available on the Financial Reporting Council’s website www.frc.org.uk.
